Different ways to create an order...
Creating an order has never been easier! There are five different options available to create an order; blank order, based on previous order, based on low stock, based on previous sales, based on low stock for all suppliers.
Our system can check through all of your stock and ensure that you’re only ordering what you need to. This will not only save you money, but it will also help free up space in store for products you need.
Customise your order
Once an order has been created you can still customise it, so if there are products that you don’t actually want or products that you want to add to the order you can do this easily. The Order Editor allows you to check off items within an order and mark down any problem items that you may have.
In the click of a button, you can see your entire store at a glance with Total Unique Lines, Total Products, Total Selling Value & Total Supplier Cost.
You can quickly print Shelf Edge Labels, Look at Profit Margins, POR (Profit on Return), Product Images, Multiple Barcodes... The list goes on.
If you have Multiple Stores you can also check your other sites for stock items.
Save ££££’s Using the Sales Analysis Tool
You could be saving thousands of pounds each year and massively improve cash flow by using Premier Epos’s Intelligent Sales Analysis. This system will look through the lines you have sold over a period of time and will suggest new stocking levels of that product. This feature alone has saved many of our customers thousands of pounds, due to them not holding too much stock on lines. This will allow you to hold more stock on your best selling lines and less stock on lines that aren’t performing.
Gaining full control of your stock
Within the Stock Management, you can view all your products or you can filter your search by things such as; barcode, supplier, type of item, quantity, keyword, products never sold, products to be re-ordered, products recently updated and much more.
You can then view and edit practically anything about that product such as: statistics, connected products, prices/margins, history, web upload, details, advanced details, multiple store update and linked stock items.
Easily import your stores products
Here at Premier EPOS we have pre-loaded data from hundreds of Suppliers in the Industry. You can load this data onto your own system, direct from the software.
If we don’t have the data that you need, simply send us any supplier data that you have and we’ll upload the data for you for free. When you import the data, you have everything from the barcode and selling price to case sizes and descriptions/images.
Planning ahead for seasonal prices?
You can create Scheduled Price Adjustments using the software. Simply search for the product(s) using various criteria and then select the date/time of when the price change is to take effect and the software will automatically change the prices for you.

Create your own Marketing Campaign

Create your template; for emails customise your template using colours, fonts, font styles, images or even import your already made template. Create your customer target lists; create your lists based on optional extensive criteria. Marketing campaigns give customers incentives to come in to the store, you can even attach vouchers or voucher codes to your campaigns.
Create Customer Groups manually or automatically based on conditions set up by yourself. Automatically assign customers to groups based on products, type of items, type & subtype, supplier etc. You can apply discounts to specific customer groups, these discounts can be applied to single products, type of item or products from a certain supplier.
Restrict users from being able to access certain areas of the software
Now you can choose exactly what you want each user to be able to access or which areas/features that you don’t want them to by selecting an approriate security level. For example, if you have a part time member of staff that required restricted access, then you would limit them to only access the sales screen and perhaps not be able to perform things such as refunds, petty cash, void etc.
Record everything that happens in the sales screen
the hidden log within the software records: Sales that go through, voided items, refunds, petty cash withdrawals, items removed from the cart, etc. It also records which till the function was performed on, the user performing the function and also the date and time.
